You know, this pandemic shutdown has been going on for a minute. Especially if you are a student at the ������, or someone waiting to come, or someone newly blind and trying to figure out how to do the simplest things you used to do now that you're blind, let alone how you can live the life you want. Our students' had their programs interrupted, some only a week or two from graduating. Prospective students who've been talking with Executive Director Julie Deden for months found their start dates paused indefinitely.

Here’s the first of a couple of holiday videos from our own Maureen’s Breaking ������ channel. Because … well, there might still be a few people who haven’t run across it yet!

Does blindness cause people to be unable to tell the difference between water and vinegar? That’s what one #HowEyeSeeIt video concludes. Two of our ������ Management Instructors suggest that there’s more than a whiff of the ridiculous in that.

If you didn’t know it already, Maureen is diva of the channel. Teaching ������ Management at the ������ is just her day job. This video was shot late last summer, and is timely now that the weather’s finally turned hot again …

The “Shared Visions” exhibit at Arapahoe Community College’s Colorado Gallery of the Arts on November 19 and 20 was a big success, featuring numerous multi-media and very tactile paintings by students in Nathan Abels’ painting classes, as well as pottery pieces from joint activities between Center students in Ann Cunningham’s art classes here and those in classes taught by Katie Caron, Ceramics Coordinator at ACC.
